I have finally gotten photoshop for the laptop! This has been long over due mainly because of all of the problems I've had with said laptop. et me roll back a bit for you.
So about 5 months ago, both my PC and laptop decided to die at the same time --awful, I know, so it was then that I decided I couldn't put off buying a new one any longer. So, after a week of no internet and also no Role Playing [sobs] I went to my local computer store and came home with a gorgeous, brand new laptop.
Fast forward 3 and half months and this lovely new laptop starts blue screening. As it was still under warranty and I didn't want to risk violating it by fixing it myself, I took it back to the store to have it fixed. This was the start of 4 weeks of stress. Turns out, they kept sending it back claiming this or that was wrong with it and that they had fixed it, only for me to take it back the following day with the same, and sometimes more problems. Any way, after 4 weeks of this, I eventually ran out of patience and asked directly if they knew what was wrong with it to which they kind of looked awkward and shook their heads. Any way, they agreed to let me swap my system for a new one and 3 weeks later (touch wood) it's working like a dream.

And this is how I ended up getting photoshop... yeah, not terribly exciting....

But what is exciting is next month I'll be going to Final Symphony, London and, fingers crossed, will be meeting Nobuo Uematsu again! [Victory Fanfare]
